I am living in the master bedroom and renting the other two bedrooms.

This is large enough to be considered a second master bedroom in the house, with plenty of room for all your stuff. This suite takes up the whole front of the upper level. The bedroom photo below is of this room.
Bedroom Suite #2:
Lower level with view of lake, large bedroom (14x12), private bathroom, large closet, semi-private living area next to bedroom. Your bedroom window overlooks the flagstone patio and the lake through the stone arch (see photo). Being the only bedroom on the lower level, it's very private, and you have use of the neighboring lower level living area mostly to yourself with a large screen TV.

Luxury features including large kitchen with granite counter tops, deck on main level. Shared use of common areas, including entire main level, with 61" HDTV and HD Tivo, and gym-quality elliptical machine on lower level for shared use. House has wired and wireless connectivity to Verizon Fios Internet (15Mb down / 2 Mb up speed).
